03 Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

04 Subscription and Payments

All content generated by our AI systems, including but not limited to questions, evaluations, corrections, explanations, and feedback ("AI Output"), is the property of Sentence Gymnasium. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI Output for your personal learning purposes only. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit AI Output without our prior written consent.

07 Third-Party Services

The Service currently integrates with self-hosted AI/ML models for sentence evaluation and feedback generation. We may integrate additional third-party services in the future, including but not limited to payment processors, analytics providers, and authentication services.

Your use of any third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

08 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (b) the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable; (c) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

AI-generated feedback and evaluations are provided for educational purposes only and should not be considered definitive or authoritative. We encourage users to consult qualified language instructors for formal language assessment.

09 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).

13 Changes to Terms
