06 Data Storage and International Transfers
Your information is stored and processed on infrastructure provided by Tencent Cloud / EdgeOne Makers (application hosting and edge delivery) together with a cloud-hosted MySQL database, operated in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details. Human-verification (CAPTCHA) is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
Due to the global nature of edge networks, portions of your data may be processed or cached in locations optimized for performance and availability. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information on such infrastructure, which may include data centers located outside your country of residence.
Our infrastructure providers act as data processors on our behalf. Where third-party providers (such as payment processors and the Turnstile service) process your data, their use is governed by their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements. We have implemented appropriate contractual safeguards to ensure that your personal data receives adequate protection in accordance with this Privacy Policy, regardless of where it is processed.
07 Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
When you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our data retention schedule, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance purposes.
